Return and Refund Policy

We're committed to ensuring you're 100% satisfied with our products. We believe our comforters and pillows provide the ultimate in comfort. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a convenient return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility
Return Period: You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

Item Condition: All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and intact, with original tags and packaging. Items must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent to prevent shipping damage.

**Proof of Purchase**: Your original order number or proof of purchase is required.

Please note: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, washed, or damaged bedding (e.g., comforters, pillows), unless the item was defective or damaged upon receipt.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To process your return request, please first contact our Customer Service team at the following:

Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email. Our Customer Service team will guide you through the next steps and provide a return address.

Please do not ship items back to us without prior notification, as this may prevent us from processing your refund.

3. Refund Process
We will notify you by email once we have received and inspected the returned item.

If your return request is approved, we will promptly process your refund. The refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method.

Processing Time: Please note that it may take several additional business days for your bank or credit card company to credit your account.

4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error on our part (for example, you received the wrong item or the item was defective/damaged), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to error on your part (e.g., you changed your mind, selected the wrong model, etc.), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance for your return package and retain proof of delivery to prevent loss or damage in transit. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.

5. Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Clearance sale items are not returnable for refunds.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
We sincerely apologize for any damage or defects that may occur on new items. If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us at invoicing@rayidea.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number and product photos/videos. We will happily replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund, including all shipping costs.
